He said: "自中國封鎖維基百科後，中國有些「偽維基」，把原來維基百科條目資料copy了，然後讓中國那邊的網民大加惡意中傷的資料". I guess it means that 99% of the mainland people could not access Wikipedia. And it also means that there are a Chinese government made or endorsed site (as 偽維基) to replace the function of Wikipedia. And that's why the number of entries in Chinese are so low. If anyone look at the hype in China about blogging, I am sure we would say that there must be some place else that those Chinese people could post their thoughts and "knowledge". That's why it is understandable to see a special version of "Wikipedia" being created in China. However lately I'm thinking about spending some money to get a paperback version of the enclopedia, afterall there are still too many stubs on Wikipedia.
