猶豫了好一陣子才決定去看這齣戲，愛情故事，卻找了兩個不太常演愛情片的主角。
Hilary Swank 貴為影后，但一直都演硬朗角色，從沒看過她柔弱的一面。《戰狼300》的Gerard Butler 印象中只懂打，之前他演 The Phantom of the Opera 我亦只當音樂劇看，面具之下其實都不太知道他會不會演文戲。
再讀一讀 IMDB 的故事大綱：Holly Kennedy is beautiful, smart and married to the love of her life – a passionate, funny, and impetuous Irishman named Gerry. So when Gerry’s life is taken by an illness, it takes the life out of Holly. The only one who can help her is the person who is no longer there. Nobody knows Holly better than Gerry. So it’s a good thing he planned ahead. Before he died, Gerry wrote Holly a series of letters that will guide her, not only through her grief, but in rediscovering herself.
我更嚇了一跳，絕對佩服 casting 的勇敢！
Hilary 是受傷迷失的弱女子，「戰狼」變成了死後藉書信為妻子療傷的深情好男人……
如果我來 cast ，男主角想來想去都想不到，女主角大概要找十年前的 Sandra Bullock 吧？不過隨著 Sandra 年紀漸長，要演這個角色實在有點勉強。
不過，從戲院出來，佩服的卻是 casting 的眼光，能夠看到演員的潛質，發掘出演員的另一面。
